Requests received later than  10 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

Returns (Refund) policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

In 2 working day our customer care contact you regarding retrun and refund.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
